Winter 2025
My classes run Monday to Wednesday in 4 different venues. Most are dance based sessions, though I do have a class to incorporate strength & floor work (Dance & Tone on Tuesdays 9am) and one which focuses on strength & balance work for older clients (Stepping Out Tuesdays 2pm).
After a few disruptions to sessions this Autumn, classes resume Monday 1st December for 3 weeks to Wednesday 17th.
New Year sessions commence 5th January 2026!
